About the Role
We are seeking a Risk professional to lead the enterprise risk framework across the group, ensuring comprehensive identification, assessment, and management of risks at both group and entity levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead market risk initiatives, including commodity exposure, asset and charter risk, foreign exchange, and interest rate risk, along with hedging strategy and execution.
- Manage credit and counterparty risk, focusing on the group's trading and commercial activities.
- Lead financial regulatory and compliance risk, monitoring regulatory changes and their impact on the group's financing and capital structure.
- Manage liquidity and working capital management risk in alignment with the group's capital structure strategy.
- Oversee the reporting and communication process with investors and joint venture partners, delivering institutional-grade financial reporting and strategic updates.
- Supervise a team of senior finance professionals across the group, including finance operations.
Requirements
- Possess top-notch presentation skills, both written and oral, for internal and external communication.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is required.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a trading house or asset-heavy organization.
- Demonstrate the ability to be a self-starter and handle ambiguity effectively.
