About the Role
We are hiring General & Skilled Stagehands to support concert tours, festivals, and other live events in the greater San Francisco area. This role plays a part in setting the stage for successful events.
Responsibilities
- Support concert tours, festivals, and other live events.
- Work with production companies.
- Handle equipment by pushing, pulling, and lifting at least 50 lbs.
- Consistently walk, stand, bend, stoop, and twist as required for on-site tasks.
- Work varying stagehand level roles.
- Work indoors or outdoors under varying weather conditions.
- Work cohesively with teammates and supervisors.
- Wear appropriate attire and footwear for events.
- Communicate effectively in English to ensure safe execution of tasks and coordination with crew and clients.
Requirements
- Ability to push, pull and lift at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to consistently walk, stand, bend, stoop & twist.
- Reliable source of transportation to event sites.
- Understanding of general industry terms and fundamental principles.
- Willingness to work varying stagehand level roles.
- Willingness to work indoors or outdoors under varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to work cohesively with teammates and supervisors.
- Must wear appropriate attire and footwear.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Open availability is preferred.
