About the Role
As a Sales Assistant (M/F/X), you will be a key player in the customer experience, responsible for sales from reception to collection. You will work as part of a team to ensure the store's economic performance and carry out necessary non-sales tasks to maintain smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers to meet 100% of their expectations
- Embody and communicate the brand's history, values, and commitments
- Make personalized suggestions for products and services with appropriate technical arguments
- Recruit and retain customers through the CRM program and customer satisfaction
- Generate turnover to develop the profitability of the sales outlet
- Support the sale from beginning to end and close it
- Know the procedures for checkouts, refunds, returns, etc.
- Analyze results, implement individual actions, and propose collective actions to improve KPIs and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the achievement of objectives and the development of physical and omnichannel sales
- Carry out non-sales tasks to ensure a premium in-store experience
- Participate in visual merchandising in compliance with PB standards
- Respect and apply stock management procedures
