About the Role

A-MAX Insurance is seeking motivated individuals to join their growing team and build a rewarding career in insurance sales. This in-office position offers comprehensive training, licensing assistance, and ongoing support to help you succeed and reach your full potential.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with new policies, policy edits, payments, renewals, and reinstatements.
Answer customer questions regarding insurance needs.
Inspect vehicles to assess insurance risk based on condition, age, and other characteristics.
Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers.
Network and market to generate new clients.
Perform administrative tasks.
Handle policy renewals.
Contact underwriting to complete policies.
Assist with daily housekeeping routines.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Customer Service/Insurance Sales Experience preferred but not required.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
Hold a valid and current Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred, but not required).
Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
Basic Computer knowledge.
Strong written, verbal, and people skills.
Able to work independently with minimal/no supervision.
Quickly learn any Company/Proprietary software.
Complete continuing education courses as required to maintain active license status with TDI.
