About the Role

Minerva builds AI for marketing leaders, automating and accelerating their workflows with AI agents. These agents augment the end-to-end marketer workflow by automating analysis, campaign planning, activation, measurement, and reporting. Customers use Minerva to better understand their customers and introduce AI into their commercial organizations, with campaigns outperforming other tools due to Minerva's full-stack approach.

Responsibilities

  • Get the data ready: Build custom ingestion and pipelines for accounts whose data doesn't fit standard onboarding, and make the call on whether the data is right before anyone builds on it.
  • Build custom models: Develop propensity, lookalike, and scoring models trained on a customer's first-party data and Minerva's consumer graph when standard models are insufficient.
  • Run scoring in production for your accounts, and own its accuracy.
  • Build the net-new: Scope and build features needed for customer expansion that are not currently in the product.
  • Make the one-offs standard: Transform custom pipelines and models into patterns that the data platform team can productize.
  • Serve as the technical voice when a customer's data team inquires about the system's functionality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years as a data scientist or data engineer shipping to production in a data-heavy setting.
  • Strong Python and SQL skills.
  • Experience with dbt and an orchestrator like Dagster or Airflow.
  • Experience with a cloud warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks).
  • Experience building predictive models such as propensity, LTV, lookalike, or lead scoring.
  • Ability to assess if customer data can support predictive models.
  • Comfort with messy, multi-source data including identity resolution, entity matching, and consumer or behavioral data.
  • Experience working directly with customers or non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be in New York City or willing to relocate.
  • Comfortable traveling to customers.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
