About the Role
As a Luggage Porter at Cambridge House, you will take pride in making every arrival effortless and every departure a fond farewell. This role offers the opportunity to become part of a House where heritage meets contemporary spirit, and where the smallest gestures often leave the most lasting impressions.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and genuine care, assisting with luggage from arrival through to departure.
- Escort guests and their belongings to their rooms, offering a thoughtful introduction to the House and its services.
- Handle, label, store and retrieve luggage securely, ensuring every item is accounted for and treated with care.
- Assist with transport arrangements, deliveries and guest requests, working closely with team members across the House.
- Maintain beautifully presented entrance, lobby and luggage storage areas, taking pride in every detail.
- Share local knowledge and helpful recommendations, introducing guests to the character and hidden gems of Mayfair.
- Uphold the highest standards of discretion, safety and service, approaching every interaction with professionalism and kindness.
Requirements
