About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform alterations, repairs, and adjustments to Heartist uniforms, ensuring proper fit and presentation.
- Repair and maintain hotel linen, curtains, tablecloths, and other fabric items.
- Handle guest clothing alterations and repairs with care and within the required timeframe.
- Operate and maintain sewing machines and tailoring equipment safely.
- Monitor tailoring supplies and ensure efficient use of materials.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area while following hotel quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of tailoring experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Skilled in stitching, alterations, garment repairs, and handling different fabrics.
- Proficient in operating industrial and domestic sewing machines.
- Good attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
