About the Role
Kess Berlin is seeking an Intern Influencer Marketing to support the marketing team for six months, starting January 2027. This role offers an opportunity to learn startup marketing, focusing on influencers, cosmetics, and social media within a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage influencers and content creators, including outreach, negotiations, and performance tracking.
- Create detailed briefings and support the development of campaign concepts.
- Research and source new influencer profiles.
- Support the monitoring of KPIs and derive ideas and action plans.
- Assist the marketing team with day-to-day business.
Requirements
- Currently studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a comparable field, or have recently completed a degree.
- Enthusiasm for online marketing, influencers, and social media, with a passion for beauty, lifestyle, and current trends.
- Initial experience through an internship or working student position is a plus.
- Strong communication, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Structured, solution-oriented, reliable, open-minded, and hands-on approach.
- Strong analytical skills and an independent, responsible work ethic.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
