About the Role
Design, develop, and implement advanced analytical models, predictive forecasting solutions, and AI/ML capabilities to support Navy Reserve readiness, operational optimization, and mission assurance objectives. Lead the development of data analytics products, dashboards, and visualization tools that transform complex data into actionable insights for executives, operational leaders, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced analytical models, predictive forecasting solutions, and AI/ML capabilities that support Navy Reserve readiness, operational optimization, and mission assurance objectives.
- Lead the development of data analytics products, dashboards, and visualization tools that transform complex data into actionable insights for executives, operational leaders, and stakeholders.
- Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques to assess trends, identify risks, optimize resource allocation, and improve decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, business analysts, and government stakeholders to define requirements, validate analytical approaches, and deliver data-driven recommendation.
- Evaluate emerging analytics technologies, methodologies, and AI/ML capabilities to enhance enterprise data solutions and support digital modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing data analytics solutions, statistical models, machine learning algorithms, or advanced analytical products in a professional environment.
- Experience with Python, SQL, Jupyter Notebook, Databricks, R, or similar analytics and data science tools used for data preparation, modeling, and visualization.
- Experience building predictive, prescriptive, or forecasting models and communicating analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
