About the Role
Likewize is seeking a hands-on and business-oriented AI Product Solutions Specialist to identify opportunities where AI can improve customer and operational experiences, build prototypes, and partner with teams to bring successful ideas to life. This is a highly visible role for problem-solvers who enjoy building solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer, operational, and business challenges where AI, automation, or workflow improvements can create meaningful impact.
- Build and test AI-powered prototypes using tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, APIs, automation platforms, and custom solutions.
- Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and delivery plans.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Security, and business stakeholders to move solutions from concept through UAT and launch.
- Evaluate solution performance, adoption, risk, scalability, and customer impact while continuously improving outcomes.
- Help ensure AI solutions are secure, responsible, and aligned with privacy, compliance, and business requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Solutions Consulting, or a similar role where you've delivered technology solutions from idea to launch.
- Hands-on experience building, testing, or contributing to AI-powered prototypes.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.
- Ability to write or troubleshoot code in Python and comfortably work with APIs, structured data, and technical teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tell a compelling story, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across multiple functions and regions.
- Curiosity, creativity, and sound judgment in determining when AI is the right solution and when a simpler approach is the better answer.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
