About the Role
Partner with the General Manager to lead front- and back-of-house teams, maintain high service and food-quality standards, and help create a welcoming experience for every guest. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing restaurant team.
Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations across front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Lead, motivate, and coach staff to deliver outstanding guest service
- Ensure food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently met
- Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and cost-control initiatives
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance development
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Support promotional initiatives, special events, and restaurant goals
- Help maintain compliance with food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety standards
Requirements
- At least 2 years of restaurant management or hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Passion for food, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Proficiency with scheduling, inventory, and basic restaurant operations systems preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
