About the Role
Carvela, a premium accessories brand with Italian heritage, designs shoes and bags in Milan for women. Each product emphasizes exceptional design and comfort, reflecting timeless style and empowering women. Collections are crafted with high-quality materials and Italian-inspired silhouettes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service consistently.
- Ensure store security at opening and closing by holding keys in the absence of senior management.
- Manage the opening and closing of the till system.
- Welcome clients, guide them to products, and understand their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Manage stock efficiently through pair checking and organizing the stockroom.
- Maintain a tidy and replenished shop floor, upholding store standards.
- Support the management team by working towards sales targets.
- Promote Kurt Geiger loyalty programs and encourage participation.
- Assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities.
- Act as a brand role model, adhering to uniform standards.
- Participate in and encourage training activities to become a confident brand ambassador.
