Responsibilities
- Oversee mobile dental team, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and outstanding patient experience.
- Manage scheduling and stakeholder interactions.
- Ensure seamless operations and top-tier patient experiences.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Travel daily with the team to patient locations.
- Manage the success of the day and support the team clinically as state regulations allow.
- Lift and transport dental equipment and supplies.
- Drive a company van, maintaining a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Requirements
- 5+ years of dental experience
- Active State-Level Dental Assistant Certification (a plus)
- Clinical chairside assisting experience (a plus)
- Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare (a plus)
- Familiarity with dental practice management software
- Exceptional communication & organizational skills
- World-class customer service – comfortable interacting with patients, power of attorneys, and facility managers
- Passion for innovation & adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment
- Goal-oriented – skilled at motivating teams to maximize production & productivity
- Must have dental assisting experience
- Ability to step in and assist the doctor chairside as needed
- Must be able to drive a company van, hold a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record.
