About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst with a strong technical background and proven experience in data migration, IT transformation, system integration, or other complex technology projects, preferably within the banking sector. The role requires strong analytical skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand project needs and define requirements.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Analyse existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the different phases of the project.
Support project coordination, follow up on deliverables, and help resolve issues or dependencies.
Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Identify potential risks and contribute to the successful delivery of project objectives.

Requirements

Solid experience as a Technical Business Analyst or IT Business Analyst, with a senior level of responsibility and autonomy.
Proven experience working on data migration, IT transformation, system integration, or complex technology projects.
Strong technical understanding and the ability to confidently engage in technical discussions with IT teams, developers, and architects.
Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting technical and functional requirements.
Good understanding of system architectures, data flows, technical dependencies, and integration processes.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Availability to work on-site in London, 5 days per week.
