About the Role
As a market leader with 50 years of experience in organic food retail, Denns Biomarkt Berlin GmbH is a leading retailer in Berlin's organic food sector. We are looking for a Store Manager (m/f/d) in full-time for our Denns Biomarkt in Berlin-Ostkreuz.
Responsibilities
- Overall management of the organic market, from personnel scheduling and product presentation to monitoring operational key figures.
- Empathetic and team-oriented personnel management.
- Training of apprentices and new employees.
- Ensuring smooth daily operations in the store and a flawless appearance.
- Responsibility for sales promotion measures and conducting inventories.
- Central point of contact for employees and customers (m/f/d) in the store, as well as for sales management.
Requirements
- Training in retail (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, ideally with a focus on organic food.
- Experience in team-oriented leadership of employees.
- Enjoyment of sales and a feel for customer needs.
- Interest in organic food.
