Responsibilities

Requirements
- Completed WO Master's degree.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience, for example in consultancy, project management, business analysis, or change processes.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly understand complex subjects, develop concrete solutions, and convincingly convey insights.
- Independent and flexible.
- Take responsibility, proactively advance assignments, and easily switch between clients and subjects.
- Eager to learn and driven.
- Actively seek new insights and want to develop into a versatile consultant.
- Digital mindset.
- Affinity with innovation, digitalization, data, and AI and see how technology helps organizations move forward.
