About the Role
Join Lithia & Driveway as a Detailer at Don's Ford of Utica, where you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by restoring vehicles to pristine condition.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all customers, assisting them promptly.
- Install protective covers and mats in service vehicles.
- Clean the exterior and interior of vehicles, including engine compartments.
- Inspect vehicles for defects and restore appearance of various surfaces.
- Prepare and apply vehicle protection packages.
- Complete all work assignments according to safety measures.
- Restore vehicle appearance to new or like-new condition.
- Retrieve customer vehicles upon payment.
- Review repairs before delivery to ensure quality and report issues.
- Maintain the parking lot and work area.
- Report safety or integrity concerns to management.
- Maintain a valid local driver's license and inform management of any changes.
Requirements
- Ability to drive manual and automatic cars, SUVs, and trucks.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
