About the Role
As a Manager Core Processes – Financial Services, you will consult leading banks, insurers, or FinTechs on projects focusing on loans, processes, efficiencies, managed services, transformation, and customer interfaces. You will design customer journeys and optimize underlying processes, often supporting clients from target picture development through conception to implementation. You will combine value chain development with technologies like GenAI, Cloud, BPM, and Process Mining, while also addressing regulatory requirements such as ESG, MiFiD, and IDD. Within your projects, you will sharpen and expand your expertise, establish trusted client relationships, and develop future-oriented topics.
Responsibilities
- Consult leading banks, insurers, or FinTechs on projects in areas of loans, processes, efficiencies, managed services, transformation, and customer interfaces.
- Design customer journeys and optimize underlying processes.
- Support clients from target picture development, through conception, to implementation.
- Combine value chain development with technologies (e.g., GenAI, Cloud, BPM, Process Mining).
- Address regulatory requirements (e.g., ESG, MiFiD, IDD).
- Sharpen and expand expertise within projects.
- Establish trusted client relationships.
- Develop future-oriented topics.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a bank, insurance company, or consulting firm, e.g., in strategy, sales, loans, securities, ESG, operations, or IT.
- High affinity for banking, insurance, and financial market topics.
- Enjoy driving digitalization and transformation.
- High willingness and initiative to familiarize yourself with specific issues in the financial industry.
- Significant leadership responsibility and experience leading own projects or sub-projects.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
