About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is the initial point of contact for candidates, supporting hiring efforts in the DACH region by arranging interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and completing unique projects.
Responsibilities
- Partner and coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders.
- Manage daily tasks by communicating and scheduling next steps for candidates.
- Provide a positive experience for internal and external clients.
- Prioritize professional growth and self-development through ongoing training and feedback.
- Work in a collaborative team atmosphere.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English.
- Previous experience in a professional working environment.
