Client Success Managers serve as strategic liaisons, building lasting client relationships, turning insights into strategy, and driving measurable results for small and local businesses.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small business clients
Build meaningful, consultative relationships rooted in trust
Translate analytics and performance insights into clear, actionable next steps

Identify opportunities to expand solutions that genuinely help their business
Partner with your Account Executive and Digital Media team to ensure clients feel supported and informed

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in agency, account management, or client-facing digital marketing
Experience working directly with small or local businesses
Understanding of local SEO, Google Business Profiles, and search fundamentals
Confidence explaining performance metrics and optimization opportunities in simple terms
Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
A genuine desire to make a difference for every client you serve
