About the Role
Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to direct and supervise staff and daily operations, ensuring quality customer service and achievement of sales goals. The role involves driving the company's passion to MAKE IT HAPPEN!
Responsibilities
- Hires and trains qualified candidates for all roles.
- Oversees the day-to-day workflow of the branch.
- Provides recommendations for promotion and salary adjustment.
- Collaborates with other branch sales managers and Presidents to set reasonable sales and/or retail goals.
- Collaborates with President to set performance standards based on financial, operational goals, and compliance.
- Conducts regular staff meetings to communicate goals and provide guidance.
- Identifies training needs and develops plans to meet them.
- Maintains and develops positive relationships with clients, demonstrating excellent customer service.
- Participates in community activities to promote the organization.
- Collaborates with managers regarding advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.
- Assists with the start-up, development, and growth of new branches.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent leadership and management skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- At least three years of prior experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Manager or Branch Manager role.
- Previous experience with Epicor Eclipse ERP preferred.
- Lifting up to 40 lbs. may be required infrequently.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
- Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.
