Responsibilities
- Support the store manager in the successful operation of the organic market.
- Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
- Assist with the organization and management of market operations.
- Plan staff deployment, lead, and motivate the team.
- Train new employees and apprentices.
- Ensure optimal product range and appealing product presentation.
- Implement sales promotion measures.
- Conduct inventory counts.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and employees.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and a well-maintained store appearance.
Requirements
- Completed training in retail, preferably in the food sector, or comparable professional experience in food retail.
- Enthusiasm for organic food and sustainable products.
- Enjoyment of sales and strong customer orientation.
- Initial leadership experience, e.g., as shift leader or daily deputy.
- Proactiveness, sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
