About the Role
Perform a variety of testing on construction materials such as soils, concrete, masonry, and asphalt.
Responsibilities
- Receive and log concrete and soil samples
- Perform and understand various laboratory test procedures
- Assist in AMRL and CCRL assessments
- Assist with Braun Quality system for the laboratory
- Enter and understand lab data
- Perform other miscellaneous laboratory tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50-75+ pounds
Skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
