About the Role
Provide high-quality finance business partnering, insight, and challenge to senior stakeholders, supporting effective decision-making, organizational objectives, and strong financial performance. Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex financial information into meaningful business insight.
Responsibilities
- Build strong partnerships with Directors and senior stakeholders across the organisation.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
- Develop and review business cases, helping teams assess opportunities and risks.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and help drive performance improvements.
- Champion excellent financial management and governance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and help shape how finance partners with the business.
Requirements
- Must pass security vetting to a minimum Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) level.
- Residency requirements may affect eligibility for vetting (resided outside the UK for more than two of the last five years).
- Submit a CV and cover letter stating suitability and any potential conflicts of interest.
