About the Role
This beautiful nursery in Westminster is seeking a very experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of this very busy setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and learning while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
- Experience leading or supporting Ofsted inspections
- Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy, and budgets
- Lead a nursery and make a real difference in children's early years
- Support and guide staff across the nursery
- Manage operations and drive improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in early years, including 2 years’ in a management or team-leading role
- Passionate about early years and committed to outstanding outcomes
- Confident leader, able to support and guide staff across the nursery
- Experienced in leading a nursery, managing operations, and driving improvements
- Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards
- Builds strong relationships with children, families, and staff
Skills
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety practices
