- Own hiring and workforce planning for the team, aligning resources and workloads with recruiting demand and changing business priorities.
- Deliver weekly data and metrics reporting on recruiting activity, team capacity, service levels, and candidate experience to keep teams and clients informed and support long-term recruiting strategy.

Requirements
- Experience managing recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, talent acquisition operations, or a comparable service-delivery team in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated experience hiring, coaching, and developing team members while allocating work across competing priorities.
- Experience producing weekly dashboards or reports that measure recruiting activity, capacity, service levels, and operational performance.
- Experience translating recruiting data and trends into workforce plans, forecasts, and recommendations for business leaders.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and measurement.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, interview scheduling platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to manage recruiting operations.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholder groups, business units, locations, or regions with distinct hiring needs.
- Experience leading recruiting coordination or recruiting operations in a high-growth, multi-region, or global organization.

- Experience building capacity models, operational dashboards, and executive-ready reporting using spreadsheets or business intelligence tools.
- Experience leading change-management initiatives involving interview processes, interviewer enablement, or recruiting technology.
- Experience designing or managing interviewer calibration, utilization, training, readiness, or capacity-planning programs.
- You love to balance operational rigor with empathy for candidates, interviewers, and your team.
- You’re curious about using data to turn complex operational challenges into clear decisions and practical action.
