About the Role
Act as the strategic bridge between client ambition and technical execution, taking cutting-edge AI systems from blank canvas to production at scale.
Responsibilities
- Identify user and client requirements using ideation and prioritization techniques
- Identify market trends within the AI space for specific industries
- Translate client requirements into tangible goals for a technical team
- Combine customer requirements and market signals into product definitions including personas, capabilities, flows and requirements
- Create task backlogs, agile working models and planning
- Create a product roadmap and strategy and handle continuous alignment
- Follow up on deliverables, resources, timing and budget prioritization
- Create project documentation and user stories to facilitate knowledge sharing
- Design and organize user testing to enable adoption of transformative solutions (UX/UI, UCD, Rollout Management)
- Effectively pitch solutions and present results to a technical and non technical audience
- Follow up on client satisfaction and closely collaborate with our business development unit by exploring potential opportunities to scale clients further
- Enable teamwork, engagement and conflict solving within your project teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management or ownership experience in IT, with proven success leading data-centric or AI products through their full lifecycle.
- Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical track record).
- Hands-on experience with modern software development lifecycles, Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices, and standard PM toolstacks.
- Demonstrated ability to draft, defend, and execute complex product roadmaps while balancing competing client demands.
- Strong ownership mentality with proven success managing cross-functional technical teams.
