About the Role
UNIQLO is opening its first store in Leipzig in Spring 2027 and is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the team. As part of the Fast Retailing group, UNIQLO is rapidly expanding globally and offers a unique opportunity to be part of this growth.
Responsibilities
- Shape a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Maintain store tidiness and create inspiring product displays.
- Analyze customer feedback and support visual merchandising efforts.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Participate in environmental initiatives and recycling programs.
- Contribute to social media and digital channel content creation.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for the UNIQLO brand and products.
- Openness to customers and eagerness to learn new tasks and skills.

- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

- Superb time management and quick comprehension.

- Motivation and flexibility to work various shifts, including early and late shifts alternating weekly (Monday-Saturday).
- Availability to work Saturdays (typically one Saturday off per month).
- Fluent English and good German skills (minimum B1 level) are required.
- Ability to work 20-32 hours per week.

Salary/Compensations
- Starting wage of €15.00 - €16.16 per hour (depending on experience), with potential to increase to €19.04 per hour.
