About the Role
We are seeking a Loss Prevention Officer for our store in Berlin-Biesdorf. This role is crucial for protecting customers, employees, and merchandise, preventing losses, and ensuring product security.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at store entrances to protect customers, employees, and merchandise.
- Prevent losses on the sales floor.
- Ensure product security in collaboration with the store team.
- Facilitate effective conflict resolution.
Requirements
- High self-motivation and resilience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Experience in a customer-oriented role, security role, security service, or training as a specialist for protection and security is helpful but not mandatory.
