About the Role
Nucleus Software is seeking a Project Lead to deliver projects using best practices in Project Management. The key objective is to build maximum client value while minimizing costs, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality. The role involves adherence to NSSP processes and requires capabilities for team management and development.
Responsibilities
- Optimize project delivery, cost, and quality to create maximum client value.
- Manage overall project and team management, adhering to NSSP processes.
- Plan and execute system development, client delivery, deployment, implementation, and migration.
- Understand customer needs and deliver services that exceed expectations.
- Execute projects by balancing scope, schedule, resources, and quality.
- Predict risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor progress to avoid delays.
- Create and manage quality documentation in accordance with NSSP processes.
- Assign clear roles and responsibilities to team members.
- Provide direction and motivate team members.
- Support member goal setting, performance evaluation, and improvement.
- Develop members with growth potential for future leadership roles.
Requirements
- Project management experience in a system development department, including SDLC, documentation, and approval processes.
- Experience working in a Japanese company, preferably in the credit card or shopping credit industry.
- Experience executing application system development projects.
- Software development lifecycle management, including progress, cost, quality, and schedule management.
- Effective communication with stakeholders such as users, business departments, IT departments, operations teams, and external vendors.
- End-to-end project management experience from initiation to release.
