About the Role
Mint People is seeking experienced, confident, and enthusiastic Hospitality Managers to lead teams and deliver excellent guest experiences at major UK venues and events, including Premier League stadiums, racecourses, and live entertainment venues.
Responsibilities
- Lead, brief, and motivate hospitality teams before and during service.
- Manage busy bars, restaurants, hospitality suites, lounges, and event areas.
- Ensure consistently high standards of customer service.
- Manage queues and maintain fast, efficient service.
- Supervise tills, cash handling, and payment processes.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Maintain excellent standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organisation.
- Work closely with venue management and operational teams.
- Respond quickly and professionally to challenges during service.
- Ensure health & safety, licensing, and venue procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Hospitality Manager, Event Manager, Bar Manager, Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Supervisor, Team Leader, or Event Supervisor.
- Experience working within stadiums, racecourses, live events, hotels, restaurants, bars, festivals, sporting events, or corporate hospitality is advantageous.
- Confident, professional, organised, and comfortable leading teams in busy, fast-paced environments.
