About the Role

Partner with a high-growth global consumer technology business to deliver top-tier talent for their Merchandising and Product functions. This role is embedded with the client, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape the next layer of leadership and support company scaling.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end hiring process across Merchandising and Product, from initial brief and talent mapping through to offer and close.
Manage hiring data to help managers make better decisions.
Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers.
Source top talent through creative and strategic methods.
Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.
Drive continuous improvement in hiring processes.
Help build recruitment strategies to support hiring over the next 12 months.

Requirements

Strong experience in in-house or RPO talent acquisition, focused on Merchandising and Product hiring within fashion, luxury, or e-commerce environments.
Proven track record of hiring across multiple verticals including Sales, Marketing, Finance and People.
Excellent search and talent mapping capability, with the ability to build targeted pipelines.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
