About the Role
Join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group as a passionate Spa Host. You will act as an ambassador for our spa retreats, welcoming members, educating them on the benefits of therapies, and maintaining the spa's cleanliness and tidiness to premium standards.
Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for spa retreats
- Welcome members
- Ensure members understand the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room
- Ensure the spa is always clean and tidy to premium standards
Requirements
- Experience within a premium customer service environment
- A passion for all things health and wellbeing
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- A self-starter who takes pride in delivering great quality experience to members
