About the Role
POP MART is seeking passionate and motivated Sales Assistants to join their team in Berlin and help spread Designer Collectible culture in Germany. This role offers valuable practical experience in retail operations and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic, international company.
Responsibilities
- Support the management team in daily store operations, including sales, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Create a modern and authentic customer experience.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure optimal replenishment flow.
- Professionally implement promotions, product launches, events, and CRM campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to increase key KPIs such as conversion rates.
- Act as a team player and support colleagues in achieving success.
Requirements
- First experience in retail, ideally in an international, dynamic retail segment.
- Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented thinking.
- Fluent German language skills.
- English language skills are a plus.
