About the Role
As a Security Supervisor at the Hilton London Metropole, you will ensure guest, team member, and facility safety while delivering memorable experiences that enhance the guest stay.
Responsibilities
- Conduct security patrols to monitor hotel premises for safety and security risks.
- Coordinate responses to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
- Supervise, train, and schedule Security Guards/Officers to ensure high performance.
- Conduct preliminary incident investigations and ensure accurate reporting.
- Promote workplace safety by encouraging adherence to safety protocols.
- Fulfill security officer responsibilities as needed.
