About the Role
Lead system design for Guidewire Cloud implementation and construction projects. This role is responsible for the smooth progress of Guidewire Cloud projects, covering everything from architecture design to system design and technical leadership of the IT program team. As a core member of large-scale cloud transformation projects, this is a rewarding role where you can directly contribute to project success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire system development process for Guidewire Cloud projects.
- Drive cloud-based architecture and system design.
- Resolve system issues and manage risks.
- Provide technical and analytical support to project team members.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience participating in projects for Japanese domestic clients from a vendor perspective.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- High expertise in system architecture and system design.
- Ability to work in collaboration with local delivery teams to solve customer challenges.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Native level Japanese proficiency.
