We are searching for our client, a global social media company, for a Talent Sourcer to join their business in the UK.

1 to 3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment in an agency or in-house environment.
Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and online research methods.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Good communication skills and confidence in engaging with candidates.
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
Interest in Public Policy, Legal, Communications or Corporate functions.
Experience supporting high-volume or multi-role hiring projects.
Motivation to learn and develop within Talent Acquisition.
