  • Lead regular account and value reviews aligned with customer priorities.
  • Navigate NHS and independent sector procurement processes, including frameworks, direct awards, and competitive tenders.
  • Lead renewal and expansion negotiations to closure while protecting value.
  • Develop persuasive proposals and business cases demonstrating clear ROI, measurable outcomes, and competitive differentiation.
  • Collaborate with and influence product, marketing, customer success, and commercial teams, providing customer insights to shape product strategy.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 or more years in enterprise SaaS account management with a proven record of achieving renewal, retention, and growth targets.
  • Proven success in growing existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell.
  • Experience in turning at-risk accounts around through long, complex renewals or re-tenders.
  • In-depth knowledge of using market insight to challenge customer thinking and influence buying decisions.
  • Understanding of the UK health and care landscape (NHS and/or independent sector) and its procurement processes.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance drivers influencing purchasing decisions.
  • Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and influence C-suite decision-makers.
  • Ability to maintain executive sponsorship within existing accounts.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS and ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear business value.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
