About the Role
Responsible for Distributors and the Channel Partner Program in the region, aiming to maximize market growth potential by building a strong channel infrastructure. This involves managing and growing distributor relationships through training, coaching, and performance evaluation to ensure top-tier market representation.
Responsibilities
- Account management of Distributors in the market, acting as their main contact
- Recruit new Partners into the Channel Partner Program
- Training, advising and educating Partners on Axis’ products and services
- Managing stock levels, stock rotations and product mix
- Planning, implementing and following-up with Distributors’ marketing activities with the local Marketing Manager
- Evaluating the performance of each Distributor
- Achieving set annual and quarterly target
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in a similar position
- Track record of reaching sales targets
- Bearer of our culture
- Driven and self-motivated team player
- Good knowledge of networking, IP-based technologies and applications
- Good organisational skills, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills
