About the Role

Responsibilities
- Exchange and repair of vehicle glass.
- Calibration of driver assistance systems after windshield replacement, if necessary.
- Customer support from order acceptance to vehicle return.
- Office tasks including order entry, invoice creation, and material ordering.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training and initial professional experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience as a vehicle mechatronics technician, vehicle mechanic, or bodywork builder.
- Willingness to learn and potential for career changers (e.g., industrial mechanics, installers, painters and varnishers) or hobby mechanics.
- Possession of a Class B driver's license.
- Proficiency in using a PC.
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.

Salary/Compensations
- Starting salary of at least €2,900 gross for career changers.
- €3,200 gross for individuals with automotive vocational training (39 hours/week).
