Responsibilities
- Work with a team on client projects.
- Participate in project and client meetings.
- Produce materials for business engagement meetings, such as PowerPoint decks.
- Support the creation of high-quality work products within expected timeframes.
- Own key items for project delivery, including potential ownership of deliverables or work streams.
- Track and monitor key project issues, risks, actions, and dependencies.
- Understand Alpha FMC's services and assess ways to serve clients.
- Stay informed about current business and industry trends relevant to clients.
- Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.
- Support the development of internal business management areas.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in delivering consulting or change projects within a leading financial institution or consulting firm.
- Understanding of market trends, drivers, and outlook of the Asset and Wealth Management market.
- First-class communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills with both clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrable proficiency in relationship development, including client account support/management and preferably business development support.
- Ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
- Focus on team achievement over individual goals.
- Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead.
- Strong academic background with a minimum of a bachelor's degree from a leading institution.
- Business language fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel.
