About the Role
In this role as a Senior Consultant, you will work to deliver cutting-edge Infosys solutions and services to our customers in Japan. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. You will be involved in large-scale global payment (SWIFT) transformation projects and other financial projects as a Senior Business Analyst or Business Analyst. You will engage in business analysis and requirements definition with clients (business, IT users) and perform consulting work for business analysis at various stages from requirements to design and testing for the implementation of global payment packages. You will support Infosys's global payment experts and assist in documenting client requirements. You will act as an intermediary between the client and the global payment package vendor to support solution determination based on each requirement. You will execute projects in collaboration with Infosys's onsite team (bilingual BA/PM team) and offshore team (global payment package experts).

- Deliver cutting-edge Infosys solutions and services to customers in Japan.
- Shape value-adding consulting solutions for clients.
- Engage in large-scale global payment (SWIFT) transformation projects and other financial projects.
- Conduct business analysis and requirements definition with clients.
- Perform business analysis consulting for global payment package implementation.
- Assist in documenting client requirements with support from global payment experts.
- Facilitate solution determination between clients and global payment package vendors.
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams for project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
- At least 10 years of industry experience, or at least 5 years of high-level system development phases including business analysis and requirements definition in the Banking and Financial services domain.
- Native level Japanese skill.
- Business level English or higher.
- Strong customer communication and coordination capabilities.
- Strong understanding of various software development life cycle models and phases.
