About the Role
Logical Intelligence is seeking a highly technical, hands-on AI Implementation Strategist to connect their AI reasoning systems with enterprise customers. This role involves understanding customer challenges, identifying value with their technology, and guiding use cases from discovery to production. It is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on deep technical work.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their technical environments and translate complex problems into AI use cases, architectures, integrations, and measurable success criteria.
- Scope and drive technical pilots and integrations, helping customers move from early experimentation to production.
- Work closely with Logical Intelligence research and engineering teams to solve deployment challenges and bring customer learnings back into the product.
- Build credibility with technical and business stakeholders and guide customers through ambiguous, high-value AI initiatives.
- Combine technical depth with commercial judgment to identify valuable use cases and help successful deployments grow into long-term enterprise relationships.
Requirements
- Strong technical foundation in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or another quantitative discipline.
- Hands-on experience deploying complex software, data, ML, or AI systems with enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of modern AI/software architectures and the ability to engage deeply with technical teams.
- Experience translating ambiguous customer problems into concrete technical requirements and deployment plans.
- Experience taking pilots or proofs of concept toward production.
- Comfortable working directly with both engineers and senior customer stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mentality and comfort operating in an early-stage environment where the playbook is still being built.
- Experience in industrial, chemistry, materials, energy, manufacturing, scientific computing, or other technically complex domains is especially valuable.
- Management consulting or forward-deployed experience is a plus, but not required.
