About the Role
Restaurant Associates is seeking a culinary professional transitioning to a Front-of-house supervisory role. As a Culinary Supervisor, you will manage buffet and banquet setups, collaborate with event teams, and ensure the safe delivery of food from the Central Production Unit to event sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist with buffet and banquet set-ups, ensuring food safety from preparation to delivery
- Coordinate with event teams and ensure smooth execution of all activations and events
- Oversee ordering, stock control, and HACCP allergen labelling and admin compliance
- Manage administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting
- Supervise and support team members to maintain high service standards
Requirements
- Culinary background with experience in corporate catering, menu collaboration and events
- Previous supervisory experience and strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and basic administration for menu reporting
- Excellent computer and communication skills
- Supervisory – Food safety Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Full-time Australian Workings rights are mandatory
