About the Role

Exciting opportunity to lead I-MED’s Western Sydney clinics and make a meaningful impact in local communities. As part of the NSW/ACT/WA Business Unit Leadership team, you will have the opportunity to work with clinics where we have heavily invested in state-of-the-art equipment.

Responsibilities

Providing effective leadership, communications, and engagement strategies to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives and achievement of operational improvement
Demonstrating strengths in people leadership and achieving results through people
Proven ability to lead and drive through people, system, and process changes successfully
Demonstrating success in executing change programs and operational strategies and achieving desired results

Requirements

Demonstrable expertise in a multi-site leadership role
Managing complex workforce resource planning
P&L management
Experience in the healthcare sector is ideal
