About the Role
As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, playing a crucial role in their orthodontic journey. You will guide patients through consultations, explain treatment options and financial solutions, and ensure an outstanding experience from their initial visit through treatment acceptance. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, problem-solving, and assisting people in making confident decisions.
Responsibilities
- Build genuine relationships with patients and families

- Guide patients through consultations and treatment options
- Present treatment and financial information clearly and confidently

Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Russian
- Excellent communicator who enjoys connecting with people
- Confident discussing services, pricing, and available options
