About the Role
Rakuten Mobile is expanding its enterprise business and seeking to strengthen its quality management system. This role is crucial for proactively driving pre-release quality assurance for new features and improvements, supporting the growth of the enterprise business.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire testing process, from test strategy formulation and planning to case design, UAT/FUT execution management, and results analysis.
- Plan and drive test automation using Generative AI and other tools to improve efficiency in test design and enhance quality.
- Act as a bridge between business and engineering teams to confirm and coordinate specifications, and validate usability and operational fit from a user perspective.
- Verify the consistency of monthly invoices and respond promptly in case of any issues.
- Research the latest quality assurance technologies and evaluate/drive their implementation within the team.
Requirements
- Practical experience in software development or testing.
- Experience in either development or test design/execution.
- Strong communication skills for team collaboration.
- Experience working in cooperation with stakeholders from different backgrounds, such as business and engineering teams.
- Proactive learning attitude and sense of responsibility.
- A positive mindset toward taking on new technologies and business domains.
- Business-level Japanese.
- Business-level English.
