About the Role

The Commercial Installation Technician will install, service, and maintain commercial systems, including mechanical and electrical components. This role requires a team-oriented individual eager to advance their career.

Responsibilities

Install commercial systems and related equipment to manufacturer specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and other installation-related documents.
Perform regular service and maintenance of commercial units.
Adhere to OSHA guidelines and practice proper safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment.
Improve installation and brazing techniques to enhance efficiency and quality.
Maintain strong customer relationships through clear, friendly, and professional communication.
Stay updated on company services and solutions.
Keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

General building and tool experience required.
Ability to travel out of town and work nights when needed.
Commercial and/or supermarket refrigeration experience preferred.
Brazing experience preferred.
Strong desire to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities.
Willingness to perform all aspects of supermarket installation.
A certificate from a technical or trade school is a plus.
Must be willing to obtain a chauffeur’s license if not already held.
High school diploma or GED required.
Regularly required to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work at high elevations and climb ladders safely.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Salary/Compensations

$23 to $28 hourly
