About the Role

Shape the people experience across Technology & Transformation, partnering with leaders on workforce planning, talent priorities and day-to-day people matters in a fast-moving business. Responsibilities

Partner with leaders across the Customer business to provide trusted advice on talent policies, people processes and the employee lifecycle.
Support day-to-day people matters, guide performance and wellbeing conversations, and help leaders make practical, well-judged decisions for their teams.
Deliver workforce analysis, reporting, presentations and insights to support strategic and operational workforce planning.
Identify risks, surface trends, and simplify complex information for leaders.
Support cyclical talent activity, projects, and change initiatives across the portfolio.
Advise on employee relations matters.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Leadership & Learning, Employee Relations, or Reward to deliver integrated people solutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement across the team.

Requirements

Experience in a HR Advisor, HR Consultant or broader HR generalist role.
Confidence working autonomously in a dynamic environment.
Strong grounding in employee relations, performance management, wellbeing and broader employee lifecycle support.
Experience delivering workforce analysis, reporting, presentations or insights that inform business and people decisions.
Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across different levels of the organisation.
Sound judgement, with the ability to balance risk, policy and practical outcomes.
Strong communication skills and confidence navigating sensitive conversations with care.
Proactive, organised approach to managing competing priorities, enquiries and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Experience supporting talent cycles, workforce planning, projects or change initiatives is a bonus.
