About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Azure Infrastructure Consultant to lead hybrid cloud projects for clients in co-managed IT environments. You will design, deploy, and support Azure-based infrastructure while serving as an escalation point and technical mentor.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain Azure IaaS workloads (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Backup)
- Manage hybrid identity (Azure AD / Entra ID, AAD Connect, Conditional Access)
- Lead migrations from on-prem to cloud (Hyper-V/VMware to Azure)
- Automate using PowerShell, Terraform, or ARM templates
- Collaborate with internal and client teams in shared responsibility models
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and service delivery standards
Requirements
- 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience
- 3+ years in an MSP/co-managed role
- Strong hands-on Azure IaaS knowledge and hybrid cloud understanding
- Windows Server, AD, VMware or Hyper-V familiarity
- Clear communication and comfort working across teams and clients
